Avocado:  Healthy source of fats, Vitamins C, E, K, B6, magnesium and potassium

Olive Oil: Anti-inflammatory, antioxidants, lowers blood pressure

Garlic: Vitamin C, B6 and manganese

RECIPE ⤵️

✘ 2 medium ripe haas avocados

✘ 3-4 plum tomatos

✘ 1/4 chopped cilantro

✘ 1/2 red onion chopped

✘  2 tbsp lemon juice

✘ 3 tbsp lime juice

✘ 1-2 minced garlic cloves

✘ 2 tbsp olive oil

✘ Salt & Pepper to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS ⤵️

🌟 Combine tomato's, avocado, red onion and cilantro in a bowl.

🌟 Add olive oil, lemon juice, lime juice, salt, pepper and toss.

🌟 Best if chilled for 1-2 hours before serving to let flavors combine.
