Ghost Peanut Butter Protein: Excellent source of protein

Dark Chocolate: Magnesium, zinc and phosphorus

Manuka Honey: Anti-viral, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant 


✘ 1 scoop PB Protein

✘ 1/4 cup light cool whip

✘ 1 raw cocoa ball crushed (recipe on blog) or 2 squares of your favorite chocolate

✘ 1/4 cup almond milk

✘ Drizzle of honey

✘ Optional: One scoop of your favorite ice cream / 1 tbsp crunchy almond butter


🌟 Add protein to a bowl with desired amount of almond milk. Mix to cake batter consistency.

🌟 Put in the freezer for 10-15 minutes

🌟 Add the chocolate, cool whip and honey

🌟 Turn on netflix and chill
