Chia Seeds: High in fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, iron and calcium


✘ 1 cup coconut shreds

✘ 1 1/4 cup raw cacao powder  

✘ 1/4 honey or (1/8c honey / 1/8c sugar free syrup)

✘ 1/2 cup coconut oil

✘ 2 tbsp hemp seeds

✘ 2 tbsp chia seeds


🌟 Melt coconut oil and mix all ingredients together

🌟 Roll into balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes

Serving Size: 10-12 bites
