Cinnamon: Contains potassium, magnesium, calcium and great for boosting metabolism

Honey:Antiviral properties and supports gut health 

Coconut Oil: Antiviral, antimicrobial and antifungal properties


✘ 1 1/2 cup instant oats

✘  1/4 cup coconut oil melted

✘ 1/3 cup manuka honey or sugar free syrup

✘ 1/2 cup crunchy almond butter

✘ 1 tsp vanilla

✘ 1 egg

✘ 1/4 tsp salt

✘ 1 tsp cinnamon

✘ 1/2 tsp baking soda

✘ 1/2 cup dark chocolate morsels

✘ 1/3 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

✘ 1-2 tsp raw cacao (optional for EXTRA chocolately cookies)


🌟 Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking tray with parchment paper

🌟 Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and walnuts in a medium size bowl

🌟 Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts

🌟 Scoop out cookie dough using a large spoon and press down with the back of a fork or spoon 

🌟 Bake 10-15 minutes

🌟 Let cool and ENJOY!

🌟 TIP: To avoid cookies spreading out make sure to cool at least one hour before baking

Serving Size: 10-12 Cookies
