Pastured Eggs:Excellent source of vitamin A, vitamin E, Omega 3 Fatty Acids

✘ 2 pastured eggs

✘ 1 tsp water

✘ 1 cup almond flour

✘ 1/2 cup coconut flour

✘ 1/2 tsp iodized salt

✘ 1 tsp of Italian seasoning or Mediterranean oil blend (link below)



🌟 Heat oven to 350 degrees, line and grease a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.

🌟 Whisk the eggs and water together

🌟 Combine the dry ingredients then add the egg mixture and blend well

🌟 Roll into small balls (nickel size) then use a fork or spook to flatten them

🌟 Tip: Spray the spoon or fork with cooking spray so it doesn't stick when you press them down

Serving Size: 20 Crackers
