✘ 1 medium size sweet potato cooked

✘ 1/4 cup tiger or coconut flour 

✘ 1 egg 

✘ 1 tsp raw cocoa

✘ Lily's dark chocolate or pumpkin spice chips

✘ 1/2 scoop Dotfit vanilla protein 

✘ Handful of chopped pecans/walnuts

✘ Pinch of sea salt

✘ Add oat or almond milk until desired consistency



🌟 Blend all ingredients until you get a pancake batter consistency

🌟 Cook on medium/low stovetop heat. Cook almost all the way through before flipping 

🌟 Top with nuts, crunchy almond butter and manuka honey

Serving Size: 2-3 Flapjacks
