Cocoa: Contains zinc (amazing for PMS symptoms and healing wounds)

Walnuts: Rich in antioxidants, contains copper, promotes heart health

Coconut Flour: High in fiber and MCT's. Promotes stable blood sugar and good digestion

RECIPE ⤵️

✘ 3/4 cup almond flour and/or banana flour

✘ 1/2 cup raw cocoa

✘ 2 tbsp coconut flour

✘ 3/4 cup coconut sugar

✘ 1/4 tsp baking powder

✘ 1/4 tsp salt

✘ 2 eggs

✘ 1/4 cup olive oil

✘ 2 tsp vanilla extract

✘ 1/3 cup dark chocolate morsels

✘ 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

✘ Almond milk (add until you get a batter consistency)

INSTRUCTIONS ⤵️

🌟 Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray 8x8 baking pan with macadamia nut oil or coconut oil

🌟 Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and walnuts in a medium size bowl, slowly add in almond milk to make the batter less dry (but not too much!) + you can always add a bit more olive oil to the mix

🌟 Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts

🌟 Spread evenly in pain (spray back of spatula to smooth out evenly)

🌟 Sprinkle the top with sea salt

🌟 Bake 12 minutes for gooey and 15 for more well done

🌟 Let cool and ENJOY!
