Sesame Seeds:Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Vitamin E, Vitamin B6

Pumpkin Seeds:Manganese, Vitamin K

Sunflower Seeds:Vitamin E (anti-inflammatory), Folate

Flax Seeds:Manganese, Magnesium

 

RECIPE ⤵️

✘ 1 cup parsley, packed

✘ 1 cup cilantro, packed

✘ 1 cup arugula, packed

✘ 1 tablespoon lemon juice

✘  2 cloves garlic, minced

✘ 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

✘ ½ cup olive oil

✘ 2 tablespoons ground sesame or sunflower seeds during luteal stage

✘ 2 tablespoons ground flax or pumpkin seeds during follicular stage

 

FOLLICULAR PHASE - Estrogen is highest (first day of bleeding to ovulation- end of week 2) 

LUTEAL PHASE- Progesterone is highest (starts right after ovulation and lasts until next cycle begins)

 

INSTRUCTIONS ⤵️

🌟 Place all ingredients in high-speed blender and pulse until the mixture is bright green and all the herbs are chopped.

🌟 Use spatula to scrap down the sides a few times. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed

Serving Size: 1 cup
