✘ 3 Sockeye Salmon Fillets

✘ 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

✘ ¼ Cup Homemade Seed Pesto

✘ 1/4 Cup Walnuts



🌟 Thaw salmon fillets in water for an hour or overnight in the refrigerator

🌟 Season with curry seasoning and sesame seeds

🌟 Adjust air fryer to 400 degrees and cook for about 15 minutes OR heat a medium sized skillet with olive oil and cook for about 8-10 minutes

🌟 Smear with homemade pesto and top with walnuts or pumpkin seeds
