Cinnamon:Anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal properties, contains antioxidants with anti-inflammatory effects, improves gut health and boosts metabolism

 

RECIPE ⤵️

✘ 4 medium-large sweet potatoes

✘ ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

✘ 2 tablespoons water

✘ ½ teaspoon sea salt

✘ ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

 ½ teaspoon nutmeg

  

INSTRUCTIONS ⤵️

🌟 Preheat oven to 375F.

🌟 Clean sweet potatoes and make at least 5 slices with a knife all over. Line a baking sheet with foil and roast for approximately 1 hour - 1 hour and 15 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are tender.

🌟 Let cool for 15-30 minutes.

🌟Slice sweet potatoes in half and scoop out into a bowl, mashing it well.

🌟Combine the mashed sweet potato, olive oil, water, salt, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg in a high-speed blender.

🌟Blend well for a few minutes, scraping down the sides as necessary until you get a smooth and creamy consistency.

🌟Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Serving Size: 5 (8oz) Jars
