✘ 1 Scoop Ghost Lifestyle Peanut Butter Vegan Protein (or protein of your choice)

✘ 2-3 Brazil Nuts (Chopped)

✘ 1/4 Teaspoon of cinnamon

✘ Option to add additional nut butter



🌟 Slowly add water to your protein and pumpkin mixture until you reach desired consistency
