Tiger Flour:Rich in nutrients, improves digestion, reduces blood sugar

Raw Cocoa: Contains zinc (amazing for PMS symptoms and healing wounds)

Pumpkin: Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Potassium



✘ 1/4 cup tiger flour 

✘ 2 tsp baking powder

✘ 1 tsp ground flax seeds (optional)

✘ 2 tbsp pumpkin purée 

✘ 1 tsp raw cocoa

✘ 1/2 scoop vegan ghost peanut butter protein or Dotfit vanilla protein 

✘ Handful of chopped pecans/walnuts

✘ Pinch of sea salt 

✘ Add oat milk until desired consistency



🌟 Blend all ingredients until you get a pancake batter consistency

🌟 Cook on medium/low stovetop heat. Cook almost all the way through before flipping (will be mushy without egg whites)

🌟 Top with nuts, crunchy almond butter and honey

Serving Size: 2-3 Flapjacks
