Coconut Flour: Gluten free, high in fiber, helps control blood sugar

Gluten Free: Eases digestive symptoms, reduces inflammation, promotes weight loss and increases energy



✘ 1 cup pulsed quick oats

✘ 1/4-1/3 cup coconut flour

✘ 3 tbsp olive oil

✘ 1/4-1/2 cup water

✘ 1/8 tsp salt

✘ 2 tbsp flax seeds

✘ 1 tbsp sesame seeds



🌟 Heat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking pan with parchment paper

🌟 In a medium bowl mix all ingredients and slowly add in the water

🌟 Add more water (if necessary), knead until it forms into a soft ball and set aside for 15-20 minutes

🌟 Sprinkle coconut flour on a baking pan or flat surface to roll out the dough

🌟 Roll out until the dough is about 1/8 inch thick (if it's thicker increase baking time)

🌟 Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into shapes

🌟 Bake 15-25 minutes, set aside on a wire rack to cool

Serving Size: About 15 Crackers
